About the Author

Having been inspired by the knowledge that a work of his had been published earlier in a national magazine, the author set out to write about something else that he had a lot so say about.
Growing up in the Northern Ohio area of the "Rust Belt" the author Joe Gosar was exposed to opportunities to work in the widest variety of industries that most could imagine. From washing dishes as a 15-year old, to eventually being certified as a computer technician, Joe worked in environments from restaurants, to assembly lines, warehouses, and offices. Over the years he saw what all jobs had in common - Things that worked against him having an "Easy Work Day". While working towards the completion of this project the author, over a period of time compiled a collection of dozens of ' Problems and Solutions' common to most of what is referred to as 'jobs'. His work will benefit people in all walks of life once they apply his ideas to their own work environments.
