Under "independent living," you can find such subjects as cleaning, communication, recreation, gardening, and dressing. The subjects under "healthier life" range from Alzheimer's disease to vision. The "happier life" section covers connecting with grandchildren, volunteerism, widowhood support, divorce, computer utilization, and a variety of hobbies.
