Ma' Dear Takes a Retirement Vacation

Ma' Dear has been taking care of her family all her life. It wasn't until a knock came at the door with 2 tickets to a vacation of a lifetime. Since Ma' Dear nor the other members of the family had been anyway, Ma' Dear managed to get enough free tickets for the whole family. They were so excited. The tickets were to a resort in Arizona, Ma' Dear and family did not know the difference. They were dressed out of place, they acted like they hadn't ever been anywhere, and all the attention was on them. They were a special invited guest so they could behave any way they wanted to. Through a series of beauty treatment Ma' Dear manages to look astonishing but her personality was still the same. At the dinner party the company that sent the tickets reveals what the real reason Ma' Dear was invited to Arizona and all hell breaks loose. That's just like Ma' Dear to show her derrière in public.

I’m a member of “Women’s Ministers Christian Association”; which is an organization that began by the late Pastor Josephine Thompson to promote women in the ministry. I sing with a group called “The Gospel Diamonds” and at different church functions.
My real estate career began when I took a 7A Administrator certificate course with the NYCHPD. This was a program that people who enroll are trained to take over the management of the landlord’s building. Building’s that have code violations or where the landlord has vanished.
The 7A organizes the tenants into a Tenants Association, petitions the court for a 7A Administrator, has the landlord removed from active management of his or her own building. Use the collected rent to bring the building up to code compliance with the help of the City.
When the building is brought up to code compliance and the building they live in no longer is a threat to the tenant’s life, health or safety, the tenants’ have an option of purchasing their building as a low income co-op.
I like to bowl, I enjoy a good movie, the theatre, gospel concerts, singing and preaching. .
