Overview

Right on the heels of Patrick Fitzgerald's second post-Kitchens of Distinction project's first mini-LP, Landed, comes this subsequent Lullaby. It lacks the work that his ex-Kitchens-mate, wonderful guitarist Julian Swales, did on Landed (why isn't he involved anymore?), but Lullaby doesn't suffer much without him. It's just more burbling beds, hushed tones, feedback fog, and dense thickets of sound behind that familiar, booming voice of Fitzgerald's. Well done! ~ Jack Rabid
