About the Author

I, Jacquelyn Nicholson was born in Adelaide, South Australia, being the youngest of three siblings. She attended Salisbury primary school for some time, her favourite teacher was Miss Luv who took the time to help in her schooling.At the age of nine her family moved south to Hallett Cove, where she attended Seacliff primary school. After some years of ill health, Jacquelyn found school to be a struggle. In grade seven Mrs McKay, her class teacher, who encouraged.And through a class project Jacquelyn wrote her first poem, where along with her other class mates, she had her work published in a small book titled Opinions.Jacquelyn found Mrs McKay to be a great inspiration and carried on writing poetry.Through her teens Jacquelyn spent her time reading and sailing on the family yacht until she took up ice skating at a local rink.Jacquelyn and her 2nd husband Trevor have four beautiful children, aged 13yrs and under who take up most of her time.Jacquelyn loves and continues to write, she also enjoys photography and genealogy research as a hobby. Provoking the Senses is the first ebook I have placed on Smashwords and I am sure it wont be the last.
