Louisa's Search
Louisa used all her strength to push him away from her. Then she pointed the note with force, keeping her eyes on his. Cocking his head to the side, he looked down at the message in his hand and then back to Louisa. He shook his head no and tightened his grip. Annoyed, she closed the distance and snatched his from his grasp. She held it up and punched her finger at the writing.
"No." Louisa pushed her hand out towards him and used her other to point at the letter again. Her eyes were wide, her fire growing ever significant to the point of consumption. The note was crimpled and crested as her little wrapped around it with force.
"I will not risk your life." He paused. "No."
Rearing back in disbelief, the note flittered to the ground as she tried to move around him. He wrapped his arms around her and began taking her upstairs. Once they were in a room, he released her. She turned and began beating against his chest, trying her hardest to make him move out of her way.
"Stop." He said in a low voice. Louisa didn't listen. "Please stop."
Again, she didn't listen. The Alpha grabbed her arms, stilling her. Louisa pushed his hands off her and backed away as she pulled her cellphone from her back pocket.
-Bring me to him now! She shoved the phone towards him with angry, stern eyes.
"I can't." His response made her roll her eyes and type angrily on the phone screen.
