About the Author

Dileep R. Sule is Professor of Industrial Engineering, Louisiana Tech University, Ruston. The author of two books and over 60 publications in journals and conference proceedings, Dr. Sule is a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He received the B.S. degree (1963) in mechanical engineering from Ranchi University, India, and the M.S. (1967) and Ph.D. (1969) degrees in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.
