About the Author

Belva Chang, an alumna of Kansas University and Washburn University, is a retired nurse and lawyer who moved from Kansas to Texas to be closer to her family. In years past, she enjoyed quilting and cross-stitching. In addition to leading a weekly small group, Belva spends her time creating culinary delights and playing Scrabble online.

Belva’s granddaughter, Christine Chang, who was born and raised primarily in Texas, recently received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Houston-Victoria and is currently pursuing an Associate of Business at Victoria College. Along with full-time school and part-time work as a tutor, she leads worship and small group with her church’s college ministry. She is passionate about God’s Word and is studying biblical Hebrew.
