I hope with this book that I can bring awareness to others who may be bipolar and for those who are interested in learning more about what it is like to be bipolar. And what it is like to experience both manic and depressive episodes, this book depicts the last two years of my life of struggling with the illness and finally finding a solution to my illness. Everything I wrote about in this book happened to me personally. I am sharing my story with others so that they can have insight in what it is like to be bipolar.
