Living By the Gun

One morning the local express office is robbed of more than four thousand dollars in gold bullion and its agent killed in cold blood. Soon the perpetrators learn that they have picked the wrong town for shortly thereafter Sheriff Tate sets out upon their trail and he means business. Not all crimes in the Old West were committed by roving bands of outlaws. In fact some were perpetrated by locals who knew the habits of the townspeople and law enforcement. Those crimes often proved the more difficult to solve.
