About the Author

Jena Massie grew up in a small farm town in Friona, Tx where she spent her childhood days running barefoot on the country roads. She now lives in Lubbock, Tx where she is always seeking out adventure with her family and friends. In between adventures, she writes for various local publications, seeking to inspire people to live life to its fullest. She is a mother of three free-spirited girls, of which the youngest passed away at just seven weeks young. So much of her story is about overcoming devastating loss in a way that allows for there to still be thriving. She weaves the hope of Christ in such a beautiful way through her life and in the details of her writing.
