Overview

When a man goes to the local sandwich shop, he finds that the service isn't quite up to par. He is forced to allow a grotesque, old lady to make his sandwich. After much struggle, he finally makes it home with his sandwich. Upon opening the wrapper, the man makes a shocking discovery.
