Joy Rees has 40 years' experience as a social worker specialising in children. She recently retired as manager of a London borough adoption and permanence team and is now an independent consultant and trainer.
Joy Rees is an adoption support worker in a local authority adoption and permanence team in the London borough of Merton, and a Family Futures Associate. She has 30 years' experience as a social worker specialising in children and family work.
