Fifteen-year-olds Will, Pikabo, and Iggy escaped death on Aqua only to find greater peril on Ventus. The world has suffered a global pandemic that killed billions. The one remaining government rounds-up the surviving children and brainwashes them in a centralized encampment. If this wasn't bad enough, the Captain and his two henchmen are unaccounted for. Using their powers and creative problem solving, the teenagers must work together to evade capture and find a way off this upside-down world. The threesome can't do it alone and are forced to rely on a band of renegade teens and a reclusive illusionist, each with special abilities of their own.
