This is a story about Kailee Kuisti and her struggles. When she was born she had some trouble that led to me having a few disabilities. However, she hasn't let that define her. We all have challenges in life but facing them with smiles will make you stronger, more able and proud of yourself! So many people love you and will help you believe in yourself.

This is Kailee's story, one from a teenage girl who has overcome the obstacles in her path - and she wants to inspire you to do the same, no matter what your situation is in life.

Kailee lives with her parents (David and Lisa) in Idaho. She has an older brother, Jake, a younger brother Josh and a younger sister, Kara. She loves her cat, Peter Pan. She enjoys school and being active around her community. She is looking forward to someday writing and illustrating more books to help others understand disabilities and how those disabilities are really abilities!
