Frank Manion is a CIA officer with a deadly score to settle. But first he must track down the man who is the target of his vengeance. Doing that in Beirut in the middle of a civil war is like running a marathon during an earthquake. The cracks open up right under your feet. And if you get to the finish line, the people who cheered you on at the start may have disappeared like the lost cedars of Lebanon.
