They are amusing, funny, risqué, or thought-provoking accounts of my experiences, my imagination, menopause, bathroom humor, and some spiritual insights.

About the Author

My name is Maxine Oliveres and I live in Napa, California with my second husband, Jack, and our Teri-doodle, Maggie. We have seven children, eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

I was born in Gainesville, Georgia, where I lived until I was twenty-one. I moved to Napa in 1964, raised my family and worked as a registered nurse in a local hospital until I retired in 2008.

I enjoy reading, creative writing, going to festivals with Jack and Maggie, and playing penny slot machines.
