About the Author

Lauren Holowaty has worked in the children’s publishing industry for 15 years. She has been a freelance author for four years and has written more than 100 books for children of all ages. She lives in London, England, with her husband and their two young boys.

Beatrice Tinarelli was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, in 1978. She worked as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer and has been drawing and painting ever since she can remember. After her graduation in Arts in 1997, she studied painting, anatomical/medical illustration, and animation. Later on, after years of focusing mostly on advertising and graphic design, Beatrice was ready to go back to her roots and become a professional illustrator. Now she works for clients all over the world. Beatrice is also a long time DJ and has lived her whole life in music. Beatrice is represented by Lemonade Illustration Agency
