About the Author

I am a first-generation Mexican American, born in Texas, and the first in my family to serve in the military, including being the first to deploy overseas. I was later activated with the Texas ARMY National Guard for recovery and aid missions for Hurricane Harvey, assisting local communities.

My career has spanned various fast-paced environments, where i've worked as an HVAC Testing & Balancing Technician, IT Professional, Oilfield Technician, Electronics Technician, and a Construction Professional.

I've witnessed the best and the worst in others, and also within myself. I've been labeled negatively, but I've also been recognized for my positivity. Wherever I go, I am to make genuine connections-not for social status, but for the simple and sincere desire to bring happiness to others.
