It gives the author's thoughts on spirituality, and our evolution over the ages. There are suggestions on giving birth and breastfeeding as well as becoming vegetarian. It gives tips and advice for the kitchen and baking, as well as recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
Through the long years of struggle and learning experience, the author garnered knowledge she now shares with women in general, whether young or 'not-so-young'. It is DOWN-TO-EARTH advice, given with love.

About the Author

The author was born in Berlin, Germany but fled the country with her family because of her father's anti-Hitler activities. As a consequence her life has been a sequence of ups and downs. She lived 55 years in Venezuela and married a 'Yankee' from New York. She raised three great children with him, - all married with kids of their own by now. Years after his death she left Venezuela with her first daughter and now lives in Miami, Florida. At almost-83 years of age, life is ever challenging, never dull.
