Shandon lui conta l'affaire en détail, ainsi qu'à un certain Johnson, dont il fit son maître d'équipage. Au petit bonheur, répondit James Wall ; autant cela qu'autre chose. Si c'est pour chercher le passage du Nord-Ouest, il y en a qui en reviennent.
