Charlie is an elementary student ready to embark on his first of many adventures together with his brand new pet, Lenny.

The first adventure begins when Charlie finally gets to adopt his first pet. He can choose any pet—except parrots and pigs, his parent’s plea!—and Charlie chooses the biggest, hungriest, and most talkative canine companion in the bunch, Lenny. The constantly hungry Lenny and responsible Charlie offer children a delightful short story that teaches them about friendship and respect.

Lenny is a children's book meant to be read to your child. There are no pictures because using their imaginations is my goal.
