His military career is distinguished by leadership roles culminating as a Brigade Operations Sergeant Major and includes graduation from the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy Class #59.

Transitioning to civilian life, Dr. Pace has made significant contributions as the Regional Program Manager for Quality Management, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. His academic achievements are equally impressive, holding a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis. Additionally, he is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Certified Quality Auditor, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

Dr. Pace's passion for leadership extends beyond his professional endeavors. He is a published author of his first leadership book: “Lead Follow or Get Out of the Way,” where he shares his insights into effective leadership practices.
