About the Author

Robson Marinho is a professor and researcher at Andrews University in Michigan. He has a passion for leadership development, learning, and education. Robson has published books and articles in English and Portuguese on leadership, learning, and spiritual growth. Dr. Marinho holds a master’s degree in Education from Andrews University, a Ph.D. degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, and a graduate certificate in Psychology from Harvard University (in progress). He lives in Sodus, Michigan, with his wife, Claudia.
