Overview

In order to create a better world, we need a significant number of leaders who inspire their team members and motivate them to reach their full potential.

These leaders must also be able to guide collective efforts towards achieving positive results: for the team, for each team member and for the community.

We need these leaders in families, communities, companies, governments along with all types of other social groups. This book aims to help individuals improve their leadership skills, recognizing that there is always room for growth and learning. It offers a wealth of valuable information for self-analysis and development, as well as a useful framework for those seeking to become better leaders. The book thoroughly explores the role of a leader, including their vital actions (DOING), necessary knowledge base (KNOWING), and personal foundation (BEING). It provides practical and actionable ideas for readers to reflect on and try out. Leading others comes with many challenges, but it also presents a great opportunity to serve others, grow personally, and contribute to building a better world.
