Welcome to your leadership toolbelt! In most, if not every, professional development course, the facilitator says something along the lines of "Here's another tool for your toolbelt." I'm not sure about you, but have gained all these "tools," but never got the toolbelt. Did I miss being issued the toolbelt? When was that class?
