The main purpose of this book is to help leaders focus on developing their skills for the mission that Jesus left us: "Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15).
No matter where we are, we're active in God's Kingdom. We must take control of that responsibility and lovingly lead businesses, organizations, congregations, and others, starting at home and leading by example.
The leader who abides by the way of Jesus and remains under his light will be followed and imitated by many, generating a chain reaction and thus evangelizing all his circles of influence.
Therefore, the first step for a leader to fulfill the mandate that Jesus left us is to know his role as a Christian and apply it in his daily life.
This book is born from the desire to support Christian leaders in their daily leadership, seeking to incorporate Jesus in all phases of our lives, with basic concepts that can be incorporated into our lives, ensuring we walk alongside Jesus.

About the Author

He was born in Louisiana, United States in 1971, but lived in Honduras, Central America, most of his life; he then returned to the United States, where he currently resides in South Carolina. With studies in Industrial Engineering, Textiles, Executive Leadership, and Quality Management, His profesional career has been developed in the textile industry with strength
in the development of work teams for the management of manufacturing processes. In his personal life, he had the blessing of leading Christian couples, all of them leaders in their profesional areas, and it is during that experience of sharing with leaders in their daily challenges that he saw the opportunity to support Christian leaders in their day-to-day leader- ship having Jesus as a guide.
