This book delves into some of the thoughts and feelings that men often carry silently when it comes to subjects like love and heartbreak. Many men maintain an image of being the carer or provider for the rest of the world to see, but that doesnt mean that men are exempt from the emotions that go with it.
Yet we live in a world where men are expected to confront and deal with emotions on their own, and society has trained men to do so.
