'Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. I'm Bill Emerson. I'm new here at the Legends
Retirement Home, and I understand that on my first Saturday Night, I'm requested to
give a talk about my life and how I came to drop anchor at Legends.

I arrived here because I have just lost my yacht, LADY BEAUTIFUL, and my wife,
Lady, to time and the infirmities of old age. I hope you will find my adventures
interesting'.

I'm 85 and my story is one of Wonderful Love, Unlimited Lust, and an Exquisite Yacht.
She is a classic 46-foot wooden Kettenburg sailboat built in the late 1940's and long
named 'LADY BEAUTIFUL'.

About the Author

Ernie Vitucci grew up the son of a merchant sea captain and began sailing out of Misson Bay Yacht Club in Mission Bay, San Diego, at the age of 5. As a young fellow he sailed Sabots, Penguins, Lightnings and Victory Class sloops. As young man, he sailed out of Balboa Yacht Club in Newport Beach, California, on all manner of ocean racers, including: races to Ensenada and Hawaii.
