About the Author

Jack Heyward-Tuck was born in Lincolnshire in 1964. He studied English literature and art at Bretton Hall, the University of Leeds. His university years were the inspiration for the ‘Some Talk of Monsters’ thriller series and the theatre playscript 'Kip's Play - How Hop became a witch in a hundred and one days.'

After graduating Jack has worked in management, freelance journalism, in events management, and currently as an English teacher. In 1995 he lived in Sydney Australia, then in London until 2000 when
he moved to Hamburg, Germany.

Jack has also written and published two collections of poetry, ‘Theories for Evolution’, early poems written during the 1980s and ‘Heritage’, covering the 1990s.

Jack is now living and working in Munich. He has a YouTube channel called ‘heywardtuckstories’ and a music channel for his band ‘Theories for Evolution’. He is presently working on a new novel.
