KFC's COLESLAW Recipe...
Although I don't really like the chicken at KFC, I DO like the coleslaw. It's CREAMY with a slight tangy bite to it, and yet not swimming in sauce. It tastes best if made the day ahead, so good to keep in the refrigerator and just pull out for a quick lunch or dinner. I made a batch of it today, so thought I'd share the recipe with you. (But beware ~ it's addicting!)
