About the Author

Kenneth Caldwell is a Pro Se lawyer and was Plaintiff Appellant for Case 49782 who did Pro Bono work to help lessen the time of a fellow black man and who won a previous case on settlement.

The author is also an Inventor with many good ideas input into courts including the idea titled Waterways he submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office. The author is an Elite World Class Athlete who accomplished an incline chest press of 702 pounds while weighing only 209 pounds.

He is a Philosopher with submissions to courts, including one for correction to Albert Einstein's Philosophy which was "Science without religion is lame, religion without Science is blind.". In case 23-320C-SSS of the U.S. Court of Claims, in Document 1 on Page 6, showing part of a file named newsalert.pdf, he wrote "Science without religion is incomplete. God made the universe. In science, there must be a superbeing that created all things we know; in the non-spiritual form of the human body, there will always be something that he or she does not fully understand or know, and until mankind accepts that, their science will be incomplete. Religion without Science perhaps could be what some call 'enlightenment', understanding without knowing, or faith. Study of the Holy Bible, the first writings in recorded history of man, is an important good start. Yes, science without religion is incomplete and religion without science is faith. Thus, not believing something can exist without science may blind scientists with incomplete faith.".

Kenneth Caldwell the author also is a Polyglot who can speak Spanish, Russian, and German as a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th language. He traveled to 26 countries in 10 round trips as a Rights Activist on minimal amounts of money years before Case 49782 came about, and he seeks to someday earn multiple Doctorates Degrees or Professorships for work he contributed.
