Overview

Arthashastra, have been analysed to provide guidance
for organizational management. The findings conclude
that Kautilya takes an inside-out approach to
management, which is self management first before
management of every other thing, unlike the western
outside-in approach to management, which focuses in
exploring the external world of matter and energy.
