Alexis Novak is a meditation and yoga instructor, children's book author, and comedy writer in Los Angeles. She has been published in Reductress, McSweeney's, Mad Magazine, Shape, Harpers Bazaar, and Buzzfeed, and Women's Health annual book, Yoga Now. Alexis is currently studying Mindfulness Facilitation at the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center.
