About the Author

Zelmaré Viljoen was born and raised in South Africa. She is the founder of Soul and Skin Wellness and the mother of two energetic girls and a stepson on the autism spectrum. Advocating physical and mental well-being for a living as a yoga therapist and meditation facilitator, she created this do-along story book to introduce the power of mindfulness to children and their caretakers. The techniques these yoga postures offer can relieve boredom, uplift moods and strengthen the bond between parent and child.
