Diana B. Simpson is currently a 4th grade teacher employed by Prince Georges County in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. She received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Claflin University and post-graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and South Carolina State University. She has had a penchant for writing poetry since her youth. She currently resides in Maryland. This is her first book of poetry.
