About the Author

With 40 years in the martial arts and having certified instructor credentials in 7 martial arts systems (2 in JKD), Kevin Seaman is Internationally recognized as an authority on Jeet Kune Do, having written scores of articles on the subject. Kevin is a senior student of Dan Inosanto, the Top Student of Jeet Kune Do founder, Bruce Lee. In addition to teaching as a contract educator nationally, Kevin has maintained a full schedule teaching martial arts in the Physical Education Department at Cornell University for 20 years He is the first instructor ever to teach a credit Physical Education course in Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Filipino Kali, and Thai Boxing at an Ivy League University. Seaman also co-wrote a book in 2006 entitled, The Winning Mind Set. His new book, The Mind Game Of MMA is due Nov. 2011.
