Light Up Network, a nationwide community project dedicated to sharing arts with the elderly, has partnered with Noah's House, a residential center for adults with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities), to create a remarkable anthology showcasing the residents' creative expressions.
Titled "The Joys of Me: Poems by the Extraordinary," this anthology features a collection of poetry and paintings by the talented residents. All proceeds from the publication will be donated to Noah's House to support its exceptional programs, while free copies will be distributed to senior centers and disability organizations across the nation, promoting the power of the arts beyond age and ability. This initiative has been made possible with the generous support of the Riley's Way Foundation, a renowned philanthropic organization committed to fostering kindness and social impact.
