CHAPTER 1

Once upon a time there was a family of fairy folks.

The mother of the four little fairies sent Alannah & Serenity in the direction of the Northern wind to find their father.

He had set off on a quest weeks earlier and had not returned or sent word of his safety.

Alannah & Serenity entered a forest filled with darkness the wind started to hiss, owls looking in their direction, crows flying over there head.

Alannah turns around and hears the bushes rattle, Serenity looks, she sees red eyes looking at them from the bushes. As they started to run, Serenity falls into a ditch, Alannah did not see her sister as she stopped to look for her.

She comes across a little girl that was crying. Alannah asked the little girl, "what is your name?" "My name is Forest." "Where are your parents?" the fairy asked. "I'm lost and I don't know my way back home, I'm just going in circles. We stay in a cabin." Forest in a whisper answers. "What's that noise?" Forest asked the fairy startled. Three wolves hopped out the bushes raging towards the fairy and Forest, as they ran there was a light. Forest yelled, "that's my parents cabin" They safely got inside.

Forest starts to cry Alannah tried to hug her. The little girl named Forests' nose began to grow, her face changed, that cry turned into a scary laugh. It was Forsinyah the witch! The cabin turns into a cave filled with darkness. Vines with poison coming from out the ground grab Alannah. She becomes weak and falls to the ground.
