Josh Green has just finished the best summer of his life, spending the endless summer days with the boy of his dreams. Unfortunately the summer is over and school life is about to intrude once again. Josh and his boyfriend, Tommy, are making the transition from middle school to high school. Josh is worried about what awaits him in his new school, and whether his and Tommy's relationship can survive the rigors of high school.
A surprise reappearance from someone in Josh's past leaves Josh shaken and scared to go to school. With the help of his boyfriend and small circle of friends, Josh is determined to continue moving forward with his life despite any obstacles put in his path.
