About the Author

Peter Milligan broke into American comics in the late 1980s with the award-winning, futuristic gangster epic, SKREEMER. While enjoying renewed popularity for his recent work on Marvel Comics' X-Statix and X-Men, he's perhaps best known as one of Vertigo's founding writers with his and Chris Bachalo's mind-bending work on SHADE, THE CHANGING MAN and his more recent series, HUMAN TARGET.
