Overview

This book is written in the Yoruba language.Goriola is the last born of Elder Adebare. When Goriola was still a toddler, he became ill and was taken to a nurse for treatment. A quack nurse injected him on his vein; this affected his ability to walk upright. All efforts to correct the nurse's error failed. Because of this Goriola's father grew a kind of hatred for Goriola because of his inability to walk upright and he felt disgraced among his peers. So much so that Adebare secretly took Goriola to a faraway forest and abandoned him there. He didn't count on the fact that Goriola would survive. 25 years later after allowing the hatred and anger in his heart to turn him into a feared, notorious criminal, Goriola finds himself facing the very parent who once abandoned him. However, he is now seriously ill and Goriola is the only one who can save his life. What will he do?
