Jacob Finch had it all: a wealthy family, good friends, and a solid future. Being a premed student at Harvard at the young age of 17, he always knew he was gifted with above average intelligence. However, he never knew there could be more than just his intellect that made him special, at least not anything that couldn't be explained by science. It wasn't until one fateful summer day when he arrived home to witness the brutal murder of his parents that Jacob soon found himself in the eyes of the notorious crime boss Marco Koruza. Jacob's life spirals from pre-med student to a life of crime as he seeks to discover the truth about himself and his supernatural abilities.
