The poetic musings are dramatic, touching, exciting, and painful and both sides of the author needed to express it as it happened not only for catharsis but as a warning to all others exploring themselves and love and life- you are NOT in control. As TL would say on Pixie's behalf, " Do not let it deter you. And do not avoid it." These poems were for her sisters to help them avoid the same pitfalls and maybe, just maybe, another hopelessly romantic reader, might learn a little more about themselves through these words as well.
