About the Author

Marco Schatzman is a renowned professional hairstylist with a salon in Sausalito, California. He is the author of the book, “It’ll Grow Back: How To Communicate With Your Hairstylist Before It’s Too Late.”He graduated from Wilfred Academy Beauty School in 1965 and from Robert Fiance Advanced Hairstyling in 1966. He has worked on the East Coast and in Los Angeles, where he was associated with the Jon Peters and She and He salons. Marco’s clients have included business executives, Hollywood actors and actresses, and rock stars. Before opening his current salon, Marco opened The Galerie, in San Francisco in 1981. Marco’s style is to cut hair so that people look good, not so that haircuts look good.
