Marc-Alain, an ex-junior hockey player and now an employee of the Canadian government, is struggling with the end of his 30s. He has minor physical ailments, decreased interest for his job, etc. But his life is about to make a radical change. Catherine likes her work, but is confronted with the day-to-day difficulties of family responsibilities, career and love life. Their discovery of the triathlon plays an important part in the solution of their problems.
