Jacqueline McGowan-Smyth is a former Director of the Company Compliance and Governance Group at Arthur Cox, Solicitors. She has more than 30 years' experience in company secretarial practice and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.


James Heary is Manager of the Company Compliance and Governance Group at Arthur Cox Solicitors.
Jacqueline McGowan-Smyth is a former Director of the Company Compliance and Governance Group at Arthur Cox LLP, Solicitors in Dublin with more than thirty years' experience in company secretarial practice. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
James is Director of the Company Compliance and Governance Group in Arthur Cox, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators as well as being an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has also completed the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School Diploma in Corporate Governance.
