About the Author

Stashia Barnabá is the author of the young-adult novel, Jupitervale. Before publishing with AuthorHouse in 2004,her writing gained recognition when her poem “My Generation” was featured in the November 2003 issue of Vibe Magazine.

Barnabá is the winner of two Achievement in Radio (AIR) Awards for Best Public Affairs or Feature and works as a freelance audio journalist for American Urban Radio Networks. She has an Associate’s in Music and is continuing her education at Chatham University as a Music and Arts Management major.

Surrounded by the love and support of her parents and brother, Barnabá currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
