About the Author
Jennifer Day is coach and counsellor with more than twenty-five years of experience, having worked in the field of emotional intelligence since its inception. Originally a choreographer and professional dance teacher, she spent nine years studying alternative approaches to the mastering of emotions and stress on both sides of the Atlantic.
