About the Author

BRIJ KISHORE SHARMA, Former Chairman, Copyright Board. Earlier he was Chairman, National Book Trust (NBT), India. He worked with distinction as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Law, Govt. of India. He has more than a decade of experience in teaching LL.B. and LL.M. courses and has lectured in various universities and training institutes across the country.He has authored three more books in English viz. Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Indian Law, Human Rights Covenants and Indian Law and Charter of the United Nations and the Statute of International Court of Justice. He hasseven books to his credit including Bharat Ka Samvidhan—Ek Parichay, 10th ed., Vidhi Shastra—Ek Adhyayan, Vidhi Bhasha Prabodh (Learning Legal Language) and Vidhi Ki Shabdavali Aur Vidhi Ka Anuvad. He has been honoured for original writing in Hindi.
